Dual Occupancy: Largs

This is my 'artists' impression. Maitland Council Planners liked this. Which was fortunate. I hope shortly to be able to take a photo from this angle. It does have a style. The subdivision was called the 'Village at Largs'. By chance it was a large farm quite close to the centre of Largs which had houses dating back to the early 1900's. The client liked more formal Georgian and classical styles. And sandstone corners, which are evident on buildings that are seen on the drive from Maitland centre to Largs.
