Residence: Caves Beach

This residence is designed to the levels of a steep site. It is a beach house, but perhaps a little more, also. So far, it is still metamorphising. The image is one option amoung many that have been developed as the project is defined. This perspective is set-up using the reduced levels from the survey by hand and is rendered using Pantone markers.
