This house faces North over the broad expanse of the bay at Corlette Port Stephens.
The North aspect with large areas of glass, combined with the concrete floors and adjustable louvres will result in good thermal performance. Using the sunscreens to allow maximum solar access in winter and to minimise it in summer will mean tyhis house will perform well without any airconditioning.
